Shipping/Return Policy


Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery as most items are made to order. Tracking information is not automatically given but can be requested by using the contact template located in the info tab.

Returns are NOT accepted UNLESS products were damaged upon arrival, in which case, you may request a refund, exchange, or replacement.

If you need to cancel an order, use the contact template located in the info tab as soon as possible. If the order ships before you can cancel it, a return will need to be processed and a refund will be given once products have been received.

Also, please triple check your shipping address to avoid any shipping delays.

Lastly, some products in the order may ship separately. You should receive an email when each part or when the whole order ships. If not, please use the contact template in the info tab.
